Ordering & Delivery

1. How do I place an order?

You can place an order directly on our website by selecting your bouquet, choosing a delivery date, and checking out. If you need assistance, feel free to contact us.

2. Do you offer same-day delivery?

Unfortunately, we do not offer same-day delivery and all orders are delivered next day or on your requested date. Please place your order in advance to secure your preferred date.

3. What days do you deliver?

We deliver on Wednesdays, Fridays, and weekends between 10 AM and 2 PM.

On Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, deliveries are available after 5:30 PM.

4. Where do you deliver?

We deliver to Mickleham, Craigieburn, Donnybrook, Kalkallo, Beveridge, Wallan, Wollert, Epping, Mernda, Doreen, South Morang, Greensborough, Mill Park, Lalor, Fawkener, Thomastown, Bundoora, Reservoir, Preston, Coburg, Brunswick, Somerton, Roxburgh Park, Meadow Heights, Coolaroo, Dallas, Broadmeadows, Campbellfield, Greenvale, Attwood, Westmeadows, Gladstone Park, Glenroy, Tullamarine, Gowanbrae, Strathmore, Airport West, Niddrie, Essendon and Pascoe Vale. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us before placing your order.

5. How much is the delivery fee?

Delivery fees vary based on location. During checkout, the delivery cost will be calculated based on your address. Please ensure you select the correct suburb at checkout as several suburbs share the same postcode in Melbourne.

6. Can I schedule a future delivery?

Absolutely! You can select your preferred delivery date at checkout.

7. What happens if the recipient isn’t home?

If no one is available to receive the flowers, we will leave them in a safe place and text you (the sender) with proof of delivery.

8. How can I care for my flowers to make them last longer?

All arrangements include a flower care guide so that you can enjoy your beautiful flowers for longer!

 

Pickup Options

 

9. Can I pick up my order?

Yes! Pickups are available 7 days a week from Craigieburn and weekends only from Mickleham. Customers must select their preferred pickup location and time at checkout, and we will confirm once the order has been received, along with which location it will be ready at.  You will receive another email when the order is ready which will include the pickup address. The orderer is solely responsible for their order once it has been collected from Flowers by Marcelia.

 

Products & Customization

 

10. Can I customize my bouquet?

Yes! To order a custom arrangement, please contact us via email or by phone. Provide details about the occasion, preferred flowers, colors, and any specific design ideas you have and inspirational photos are always a great help! We'll work closely with you to create a personalized arrangement that meets your needs.

11. Do you offer corporate or event flowers?

Yes, we provide floral arrangements for corporate events, businesses, weddings, engagements, birthdays and special occasions. Enquire here for details.

12. What if a flower in my bouquet is unavailable?

We will substitute any unavailable flower/s with a similar variety of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall design. Availability will vary between each season.

 

Payments & Policies

 

13. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Direct Debit.

14. What is your cancellation policy?

Orders can be cancelled or modified up to 5 days before the delivery date. Any additions made will need to be paid for to be confirmed.

15. What is the refund policy?

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, a refund is not applicable for any orders cancelled within 1-4 days of the requested delivery date. Additionally, refunds are not applicable if an order has been stolen after proof of delivery has been sent, if the order has been damaged due to improper handling or environmental conditions or the incorrect address was provided for delivery.

16. Do you offer subscriptions?

Unfortunately, not at this stage. 

Hire

17. What items do you have for hire?
We offer a stunning white rose flower arch, bud vases, dinner or sand candles, white acrylic food display boxes and cheesecloth table runners.

Please note - the white rose flower arch is not available for pick up or DIY.

18. How does the hire process work?
Enquire about your event and required products or services here. We will respond within 1-3 business days. A bond applies to all hire products and the amount will vary depending on the number of products hired.

19. Do you offer delivery for hire items?
Yes! Delivery is available for hire items, with the fee calculated based on your location.

20. What happens if a hire item is damaged?
If an item is damaged or not returned in its original condition, the bond may be partially or fully withheld to cover the costs for repair or replacement.

Weddings & Events

21. How far in advance should I book my wedding florist?

It's recommended to book your wedding florist 6 to 12 months before your wedding date. This timeframe allows for detailed planning, selection, and coordination to bring your floral vision to life.​

22. Can you accommodate my budget for wedding flowers?

We understand that each couple has unique budget considerations. During our consultation, we'll discuss your floral preferences and budget to create a tailored package that aligns with your vision and budget.

23. Do you offer consultations for wedding, events and corporate floral arrangements?

Yes, we offer consultations to discuss your floral needs, preferences, and budget. This allows us to provide personalized recommendations and ensure your flowers complement your event perfectly.

26. Do you have a physical store?

We are a Studio Florist and do not currently have a shopfront.
